corsair 1066 memory
corsair 800 memory
I'm not up to speed on Intel requirements, still use a dual core Opteron. My friend just upgraded, and had a good question. Are timings as important as they were for AMD? Why is the second set of ram so much more money than the first, is it just the timing? At stock speeds, which set would deliver more speed thru the memory? Which would be better for a good overclock?
Mind you I know you can find cheaper ram, thats not the question. He likes Corsair, its down to one of these two, just dont know which is faster per se.
