Alright, i got in on the Crucial PC 133 256mb deal at Staples.com. I already had a 128mb PC133 chip in my system. When i put in the new Crucial memory it gave me a "fatal exception bla bla bla". So i took out my old memory and just used the crucial, it worked fine. So i know each one works fine by itself, but together it won't work. Is there anyway i can get them to work together or am i screwed?

By the way, i have an ABIT KA7-100.

More info would be good, but you may want to try different dimm slots,ie; Dimm 1 & 3 versus dimm 1 & 2.... also, I've heard said that the slower ram should be closest to the cpu...
Darn typos...

I have tried putting them in different ram slots. i've tried closer to the cpu, farther from the cpu, switching them around in each spot. What other information should i give? I'm not sure the brand name of the 128mb. It doesn't say on it. Here are the rest of my specs:

Abit KA7-100
AMD K7 700MHz (@ 800MHz)
256 mb Crucial PC133 CL3
128 mb ? PC133
Elsa Gladiac GEFORCE2 GTS 32mb
Soundblaster Live! Value
etc.

What Power supply are you using, How many drives are you running, How many fans running off the supply, and sizes of the fans,ie; 120mm etc.... Could be a voltage problem with the system...... Is there an option on your board or in bios to up the I/O voltage?

I have the Enlight 7237 case with the 250 W power supply. I don't think it should be a problem
