Memory problems

I've run Memtest without any errors but I still get random reboots. I have 1024 MB of Mushkin Basic PC-3200. Also an Antec 380W PSU and A64 3200+. Heat doesn't seem to be an issue for my system. Not sure what else I should mention.

Any suggestions for what I should do? Thanks.

why do you say its memory? are you getting a BSOD? have you checked your event viewer to see what the last thing it says b4 it reboots?

No BSOD, it just freezes for a second and then reboots. I haven't tried event viewer yet, I'll check next time it happens and post the results.

Just saying it's memory because I had gotten errors running Memtest before doing some tweaking (voltage, timings), probably have a solid PSU, and don't know enough to really know what else it could be.

EDIT: Well EventViewer calls it a blue screen error (Category102 Error1003) although I don't actually get a blue screen.

Any suggestions for what I should try?

you probably dont see it because once you blink it's gone...

i have the same god damn problem and i can't fix it... anyone know?
