Memory problem

I recently installed some PQi turbo memory (1gb) into my system. The mother board beeps continually and will not POST. My board is the MSI K7N2 Delta (I think it?s the L series 6750 or something). I?m sure it?s a memory issue but I?m wondering if a BIOS flash will fix the problem, I?m going to try as soon as I can but any other ideas would be useful.

System

Athlon XP 2800+ Barton
K7N2-Delta (i think its a K7N2-Delta L 6750)
(512mb Crucial 333mhz ram, works fine)

I don?t see it in the memory list. However I have read other posts on newegg of people who have k7?s and use the mem.

First just clear the CMOS (before flashing the BIOS, although it would work, since you also clear the CMOS when you flash. But simply clearing them should do the trick)
