Memory Part Number??

It's a 256 Megs ram and the part number is 48lc16m8a2.... It's micron memory, anyone know if it is cas2 or cas3, or if this ram is any good?? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank's
 
Change the ram timing to CAS2 in the BIOS and see for yourself.

If you get BLUE SCREENS, EXITS, or RANDOM LOCKUPS in Windows. The ram is not cas2 at the speed you are running.

It might run at cas2 at 100mhz FSB but it might not do cas2 at 133mhz FSB. Check.
