Memory Overclocking

I have PQI Turbo DDR2 667 RAM. Both of my sticks are 1gb. Through my own tests, I have been able to push it to 370mhz (740mhz double), with 2V. I can't push it any further without getting errors in memtest. Should I up the timings to increase the clock speed, or will 4-4-4-12 achieve the best settings for my rig?

Intel Core 2 Duo (8 x 340 = 2960)
Mobo Gigabyte 965P-S3

Thanks

The higher you raise your timings, the farther it will go. And, with Core 2 Duo's, 5-5-5-15 @440/880 DDR will provide better performance than 4-4-4-12 @370/740 DDR. Especially since your processor will be running faster.
