memory overclocking question

My motherboard is meant to work with ddr-667 memory. I would like to buy 4gb of ddr-667 that has great overclocking potential.

So my first question is, can someone link me to a great kit of 4gb ddr-667?

And second, can someone give me advice on memory overclocking in the BIOS and maybe what the easiest way is to do it?

I'm on vacation and have been reading too much about overclocking and it's really late so my thoughts aren't clear. Thanks very much.
