Memory or processor upgrade?

I'm getting an HP tm2t tablet and I'm faced with a bit of a decision here. I have two choices:

-Intel(R)Core(TM)2 Duo SU7300 (1.30GHz, 800MHz FSB) w/512MB ATI Mobility Radeon(TM) HD 4550 Graphics w/ 6GB Memory

or

-Intel(R)Core(TM)2 Duo SU9600 (1.60GHz, 800MHz FSB) w/512MB ATI Mobility Radeon(TM) HD 4550 Graphics w/ 4GB Memory

Obviously I'll be using the tablet during classes for typical note taking. I do very light gaming... nothing too crazy and I'm not picky about FPS. I work with ArcGIS a LOT for school. This is spatial analysis software which can bog down the desktops in our lab. I also use it a lot for watching movies and listening to music. Multi-tasking won't be too crazy, probably having Outlook, some Office documents, music and ArcGIS running at the same time. Any ideas?

unless arcgis requires more than 4gb get the faster processor, they are both kinda slow😛
how much ram do all those apps running at once use.

light gaming, well i twould have to be pretty damn light at 1.3-1.6ghz

Does ArcGIS need a lot of RAM? If not, I'd go with the faster CPU hands down. I'm still running on 2GB on my laptop, and I've never felt like I needed more.
