Memory official timing

I have Crucial Ballistix whit timings 2-2-2-6. But there is a problem. It wont run on CPC 1T. Only on 2T. Can i replace it whit another under warranty that wont run on official timing.
I wrote to Crucial if official timing is 1T but no anwser.
Does any company garanty that memory will run on CPC 1T?

CPC is the command rate, and has nothing to do with latencies ie 2-2-2-6. Those are different. If it says it will run at a 1T command rate and doesn't, then RMA it. It should say somewhere, but if not keep bugging the Crucial people.
