Mother board is a ASUS P5QL Pro,
Installed on it is 1 Intel Core 2 Quad 2.6ghz

2 2 gig OCZ2G8004GK 4 gig total
2 2 gig G-Skill 4 gig total

It runs fine with the first 4 gig of memory G-Skill
However when I installed the second set of memory OCZ it will not recognize it

ASUS is telling me the board is fine
I have windows 7 enterprise version running

Any Ideas would be helpfull

Does the "it" that doesn't recognize the memory referring to Windows or the BIOS?

Sorry Windows 7 64 bit install doe snot recognize anything past 4 gigs.
I Installed it with 4 gig and have now attempted to add an additional 4 gigs
It boots but hangs on the windows logo when i put the additional 4 gigs in
