Memory Module for Dell C600

I am wanting to upgrade my Dell C600 Memory. Looking on the site they say it is Unbuffered PC100 SDRam. Question is, can I buy any mfg or did Dell do something proprietary here? Has anyone upgraded with OEM parts? Just want to make sure.

Dell's $: 130 (w00t! You save $14.49)
OEM $: ~90-100

OEM certainly seems better I am just wondering if there is something I should watch out for.
