Memory latency vs. bandwidth. . .

I have the ASUS A8N Dlx and I am trying to figure out which settings would be better.
I can run 230MHz HT @ DDR 400 1T 2.5-3-3-6, or I can run 240MHz HT @ DDR 333 (5/6 divider) 1T 2-2-2-5. With the former I get an effective memory clock of DDR 460 but a little more latency. With the latter I get DDR 400 with lower latency. Is this correct? Which way would be best if I cannot run DDR 460 @ 2-2-2-5 1T?

[EDIT] Assuming I want to keep my CPU multi @ 10x

Lower latency is usually better for A64's but you can do benchmarks on both of those settings to see which is better.
