Memory Latency Timing Question

I currently have MUSHKIN 512MB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200) System Memory in my system and I want to add another 512 MB of ram. However, I want to use a stick that has some better timings, will this cause any complications with my memory? I have an AOPEN Ak-86L motherboard.
 
Your memory will run at the slowest speed out of the two sticks. Sometimes there are problems but you don't know until you try.
