Memory Identification?!!?!?!?!?!!? Where?!

Man I have looked for a place to be able to find out what all this old memory (and the new stuff I get from work and other places) and cannot seem to find a site that will just help me find the basics. Anyone know of a good place to be able to indentify memory????? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
