I am finally building my first computer and i would really appricate some input or some reccomendations of memory to purchase following the "Memory Description" below.

Memory Type
DDR
Memory Description
Three DDR DIMM sockets support up to 3GB
184-pin PC2100/PC1600 Non-ECC, Unbuffered DDR SDRAM memory

Your Input/Reccomendation is GREATLY Welcomed 🙂

For the sake of future upgrades, prescott/northwood 800MHz QDR FSB processor or AMD Barton 400MHz DDR FSB processor, it would be best to go with quality DDR400 SDRAM memory. TwinMos and Corsair are quite exceptional. The TwinMos CL2.5 can do CL2 easily - CL2 is faster BTW.

😕

I have a Soyo Mobo and a AMD Thunderbird 1.3 Ghz Processer...

What motherboard are you going to use? You might want to consider one that supports PC2700 or higher since PC2100 is slow by most standards now. I use Corsair XMS memory- its good stuff(CL2).
