I have 2x1GB Kingston DDR2-667 Ram currently running at 351Mhz (cpu @ 281.3 x9, 2.5 GHz) according to cpu-z. I used my mobo's inbuilt OCing utility. So cpu-z shows my FSB:DRAM ratio is 4:5, I was reading that 1:1 is a good ratio to have. Also my memory timings show as 5-7-7-31-22. I also know now that tighter timings enable faster ram speeds. my question is how can i change the FSB:DRAM ratio and what should my memory timings be at?

Your RAM is actually OCed right now. So, unless you want to slow it down, I'd stick with the 4:5. In this case, 1:1 is not better and it rarely ever is.

If your rig is stable, try setting the timings down to 5-5-5-18 (might need a bit of extra voltage) as those are default timings for those sticks. (Might need some extra juice if they're OCed)
