ive been all over the forums today trying to find out what memory will get me my best bang for my buck and i havent really drawn any conclusions and was hoping someone could help me out

im looking to get 2x512 to run in dual channel DDR

this is my set up

xp 2500
abit nf7
antec 400w PSU
thermalright slk 800

Minimum get PC3200. My OCZ from Hardcorecooling.com has never let me down.
