(Memory given away) 8GB Ballistix up for an Anandtech cruncher

I'm done with my builds for now and got this memory for free with MB purchase.

I would like to pass this along to a cruncher here at Anandtech. It doesn't have to go into a DC project, but would be nice if it did even part time.
(Additional clarification: It doesn't say you can't put it in a relatives computer.)
It's one stick not 2 of 8GB (unopened)
Timing 9-9-9-24
On Newegg it's worth $72.99

Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model BLS8G3D1609DS1S00

You pay shipping on memory is only thing I ask.

StitchExperiment626 does a stand-up hang 10 on the surf board. I've only run into one other person that's had this name. It's hard to find names that don't clash.

I'd love to take you up on that offer but sadly don't have any computers that can use it. I second (third) what the others said. Thanks! And hopefully someone can put it to good use.

Nice!

I'd claim it, but I am sure there is a cruncher here who it would benefit more. That person should step forward 🙂

I stockpiled 8GB (2x4GB) kits of Gskill DDR3-1333 when they were $30 each a few times at Newegg. Got plenty of RAM. I'm sure someone could use it though.

I'd claim it because I have 2 new processors (A8-5600K and FX-6100) but I'll let someone else less fortunate than me claim it. Hell, look at my sig. 😛

Though a few of those rigs are out of commission because of hard drive failure. 😛 If only I could have 6TB of solid state storage rather than spinning disk...
