I ordered on the 5th and still nothing!

i emailed them 13times and finally canceled my order:|
got response back from them that they have canceled it but never got credit back from them

FINALLY disputed it with credit card company

they have to pay what they have done!!!!

I ordered on May 4th, still didnt receive it yet. I didnt even get an e-mail confirmation. I have contacted American Express and they said will do an investigation on this.

and they work great for me...

hey proshock, that could be a single order that went through just fine... your grammar is wrong... it should be "they work(ed) great for me" as in only one time.

I haven't received my memory either.

I ordered 2 Duron 750's, after a week I called and got a Salesperson who said they hadn't shipped.
She said she didn't know why, and shipped them 2-day air.
I got them in 2 days and they work great.
O.E.M. with 90 day warranty.
Oh yeah, I first called and talked to a person direct instead of email.
I never have luck at company's with email for some reason.
Hope everyone get's their stuff straightened out.
