Check at Crucial.com They have a memory compatibility program you can use. Or Corsair has one too.

No my cpu is P4 3.4 which doesn't have 800Mhz FSB, I just want to use regular DDR2 400. Which brand gives most value for $$, are the prices going to drop for DDR2 anytime soon?

I looked at Kingston HyperX 240-Pin 1GB(512MB x 2) DDR2 PC2-4300, Model KHX4300D2K2/1G for $281 and Corsair VS1GBKIT533D2 1GB Kit DDR2-533 PC2-4200 Value Select Memory Retail for $220.00.

Is it really worthwhile to go for Kingston as I guess it gives me more room to OC's if I want to, any known issues with Kingston. On this page http://www.intel.com/design/ch...+comparison_chart it says 915 chipset supports both DDR2 533/400, DDR 400/333 is this true ??

About the video card: How much are you willing to spend? I would recommend the geForce 6800gt, but it is pretty hard to find (at least the PCI-e version) and will cost you upwards of $400...
