I ordered a 600mhz Duron and the Abit KT7-RAID motherboard and was wondering what memory should I get?

I just purchased PC100 128mb Kingston ValueRAM at Best Buy for $90, good for that price I think. But I'm wondering if there is enough performance increase by using PC133. If so, what brand(s) should I use?

Also - The heat sink fan I chose is the new Agilent HACA-0001 ArctiCooler Model CA. From what I read, it seemed to preform very well in comparison to the other HSF's. Will this work on the Duron (slot A) and do you guys recommend this or something else? I plan on (trying to) hit 1 Ghz.

I think Crucial RAM is very good, mine is rated CAS 3 and runs hapily at CAS 2 at PC133, there is a small difference with CAS 2 PC133, not worth worrying about IMO.

The Tai Sol cooler is very good, I think it is rated to 1.2Ghz, so that should be more than enough if you get to 1GHz, my temps w/ a 900MHz is around 36c

There's only the CB and CC models, the CC being the value end. I'm not sure if it can be used on Socket-A processors.
