Memory for laptop [Edit] Fixed

It possible could be. However I am preety sure mine was the I-1410 model, because it is the same as the old Maximum PC standard for benchmarking laptops. The only difference being that I had more ram then them. I will try to see if I have an old issue lying around.

Email them, I got a response in a day or two. Gave me a list of exactly what to order. Me gots 256 in my lappy now. :)

Let me correct myself, mine is almost the same as stated in the MaxPC mag, Sep 99 PG 82.
Quantex I-1410 PII, 96meg, DVD, Rage LT, Mine is a smaller hdd that is the only difference. I tried emailing there System Information Form, but it said

However this can not be true as I have looked at seen that I have 1 more free memery spot and the manual says that it can accept up to 384meg of memory

i think any laptop sodimm ram should work... check egay or yahoo w/ quantex certified ram.. u can run a pc-100 ram at pc-66 mode u know.

Ya I know you can. Ok, I will see what Crucial says this time and in the mean time I will check out egay and other auction sites. Unless someone knows a good seller of laptop sodimm's
