Memory for gaming PC with 4770

I'm building a new PC with a core i7 4770 and a MAXIMUS VI GENE.

What memory do you recommend?

I like this one but I don't know if I will be able to enable the XMP profiles with this CPU.

Lowest CAS you're willing to pay for

Pay more for a brand known for decent customer service, since RAM can come bad, or go bad, before paying more for higher MHz

2 sticks for 8 or 16GB, 4 for 32GB

Get at least 1600 Speed ..

If you have a case with Transparent Window, try to get something with same color scheme of Gene (Black & Red) ..

The kit I linked is 1600 using the XMP profile.

There is another kit just without the XMP profile. I've messed with bios but never with the memory settings. Will be difficult to set it to work @ 1600 CL9 without the XMP profile?

should recognize 1600 RAM as native to that MB...............that MB should configure the Ram correctly

ps....have used those RAM from Kingston before and they are fine
