Memory for EVGA 680I board

I am finally about to buy all the parts for my new rig but wanted to no 2 things.

Will the Buffalo Fire stick memory work in this board?

Dose Vista 64bit support Lite Scribe Burners?

Thanks I saw that but was hopping that some one had tried this memory in this board even though it was not listed.
new egg has a Real good price on it and makes getting 4g much cheaper. This ram is also rumored to be D9

IMO, you're taking your chances with this mobo.

It seems that the memory failure is not specific to the 680i boards. It happens on any chipset when running the memory at 2.4v or higher for extended periods.

Just get some Ram that runs at 2.2v and that has a life time Warrenty like Patriot.

And as far as Eklock saying that {IMO, you're taking chances with this mobo}

EVGA offers a lifetime warrenty, so I dont see were there are any risk involved.
How many other mobo's have that kind of backing, and from every thing I have read all the newer Intell and Nivida chipsets have or have had there share of problems.
