i get that sometimes when i close ie or another program. does it mean my memory is bad or just a stupid little problem?

run memtest for a few hours and see if u get errors

I would do the standard check for malware. I just finished working with a computer that had similar error messages, especially when in the printers folder. But that motherboard had a couple blown capacitors, which is never a good thing. I upgradded that motherboard/cpu and reloaded Windows from scratch.

Have you gone to windowsupdate.microsoft.com and gotten ALL updates offered to you? Have you done this after April 12?

I get this error all the time at the library at my school (but for a different program). Maybe check your file permissions.

yes ive done all the windows updates, my mb seems fine. im gonna try that memory test for a while and see what happens.

did stresstest on memory for 10 mins and it turned up no errors.
