Memory Dump Examination Program?

I'm having BSOD's when using my Modem on Windows 2000, and I need to examine the Memory dump and I can't remember what utility is used to look at them. I thought it was in the 2000 Support Tools that are on the CD, but it isn't. Can anyone help me out? Thanks!

dumpchk and dumpexam will examine the integrity of the file but won't tell you what's going wrong.

If it happens when using your modem, I think it's pretty clear which driver is causing the crash, tho.
