My system wont boot up when I set the memory divider to 133. it boots up at other dividers. cpu is an opteron 165, that gets upto 305 Mhz and my patriot DDR400 can only go upto 510 Mhz. So I tried to set the divider to 133 and it wont boot, set to 100 and it booted fine but then my Ram was running at 304 Mhz

If your RAM can go up to 255Mhz (510 DDR), then why not use the 166 divider? That puts the RAM right at its max.
