Memory divider help with 3200+

I have an athlon 3200+ on an asus a8v deluxe board. My memory is corsair twinx512 pc3200c2pt. When i overclock above 2200mhz, the divider is automatically changed from 10 to 12. SO, at 2200, the memory is running at 220, and at 2300, its running at 192. Is there any way to independently set the speed of the ram? or should i just keep it at a lower speed and tighten up the latency? Thanks
