Memory differences in Hercules GeForce II mx?

I know that originally both retail and OEM versions of the Hercules GeForce II mx were equipped with 5.5ns RAM. However, I have read rumors that newer cards are being equipped with 7ns RAM.

First of all, is this true?

If it is, is it OEM or Retail or both?

AFAIK, all OEM 3D Prophet II MX Cards used 7ns ram, while the retail version of the same card uses 5.5ns ram.

MAJORLY......probably wont get past default using the oem card....

I was unfortunate to get an oem card with 7 ns memory, but it still overclocks well (I am currently running at 205 mhz memory).
