Witch is more stable when overclocked, 2x128 MB PC150 sticks, or 1x256 MB PC150?

One 256MB stick will be more stable...lower total DIMM capacitance.

If your MB has IO voltage tweaking then you can also improve stability by increasing IO voltage.
