enermax liberty 400w
xfx geforce 6800 xt
2 maxtor maxline 3 sata II 250gb
amdX2 3800 dual core
and asus a8n sli premium



what two pairs (1GBX2) of ddr400 dual channel will fit ??

Hi roeeyossef,

Not sure if you're still looking for the modules. Anyway...

There are a lot of lengthy threads outlining the problems with various types of RAM modules for the A8N-SLI range motherboards. Personally, I use 2 x 1GB DDR400 modules from GeiL and they work fine with all the settings in the BIOS set to AUTO.

From what I've read around here, many ppl seems to think the AUTO setting is not recommend on this particular Asus motherboard. The first thing you could do if the system doesn't boot-up/work stable is to manually set the RAM values in the BIOS, rather than using AUTO. This is because certain type of modules are not detected correctly by the motherboard, and wrong values are assigned to them, causing them to fail.
