Memory Clock vs FSB Bios setting

Memory clock shows 800 mhz in Bios for memory. Should it be 1066 mhz since I have 1066 mhz supported Corsair 8500C5. The FSB is 1066. Memory setting in Bios can go from 400-1600, as well as the FSB. I know this board doesn't overclock well using FSB. I have multiplier at 13 giving me 3466 overclock, but I thought memory should be 1066.
