Memory Chip Question

I have a 128MB stick of CAS2 PC100 RAM with the following chips:

MIRA P2V64S30BTP
9149HB0P-7

There are 16 64Mbit 7 ns chips on a good 6 layer PCB.

My question- does anyone know if this SIMM will work well at PC133 CAS3 or faster? The 7 ns chips should be fast enough, but I am not familiar with the MIRA chips. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Your -7 chips should be capable of 142/143MHz., this would be at CAS3. If they are of high quality you might get CAS2/133MHz.
MIRA is a division of Mitsubishi and in a few tests outperformed some SpecTeck ram (a division of Micron)

Thanks for the info! I suspected that these chips would be good for PC133, and I will try both CAS3 and then CAS2 and see if it is stable. I want to use this SIMM in an overclocked KT7, so I may even see if it can get up to the 142 MHz CAS3.

Thanks again for the input!!
