Memory bios options

I have a DFI Lan Party NFII Ultra B motherboard. For some reason my manual didn't explain many of the more advanced bios options in there manual. Can someone direct me to a good guide on bios memory options. I know about cas latency but there are many different options I have no clue what they do for my memory. I have the pre set on turbo but I'd like to learn what these options are & what they do.

T(RAS) 7
T(RCS-Read) 3
R(RCD-Write) 3
T(RP) 3
Case Latency 2.5 (no need to explain this one)
T(RC) 13
T(TFC) 15

Sync Memory Bypass: Auto
Data Scavenged Rate: Fast
Dim 1 -3 Drivng Strength: Auto
Dim 1-3 Driving Slew Rate: Auto

I suggest you read any random DDR SDRAM memory part's manual to get an in-depth view of what these timings are. www.infineon.com is a good start - nice and clean web site. Samsung's manuals are best, in that they have the most diagrams and explanations.
