Memory benchmarks in Sandra 2k

My system specs are
p3 700 @ 933
256 MB PC133 Cas2 (128MB Micron + 128MB Mushkin Highperformance PC133)
Abit Be6-2

When I ran a memory benchmark in Sandra 2k I got CRAPPY scores compared to the reference systems that were also listed. ALU 199 mb/s FPU 213 mb/s. I ran it a couple of times and the results are similar each time.

This is LESS than the Cel 600 Reference system that is listed!!! 🙁 Is something wrong or is SANDRA mem benchmark crap?

Hmm, that's weird, i get 425 and 540.

Set the In Order Queue Depth to 8 in the BIOS
