Memory benchmarks in Sandra 2k

My system specs are
p3 700 @ 933
256 MB PC133 Cas2 (128MB Micron + 128MB Mushkin Highperformance PC133)
Abit Be6-2

When I ran a memory benchmark in Sandra 2k I got CRAPPY scores compared to the reference systems that were also listed. ALU 199 mb/s FPU 213 mb/s. I ran it a couple of times and the results are similar each time.

This is LESS than the Cel 600 Reference system that is listed!!! Is something wrong or is SANDRA mem benchmark crap?

Hmm, that's weird, i get 425 and 540.

Set the In Order Queue Depth to 8 in the BIOS
