Memory Bandwidth Benchmark

I don't really know what's good in memory bandwidth. I purchased 1gb of Patriot XBL TCCD and kind of have a feeling I got ripped off.

Well SiSoft Sandra reports 6481 MB/s. Memory running at 250mhz 2.5-3-3-8. How is that compared to you all out there?
