Memory at T1 or T2

Hey guys,

I have buffalo firestix on my rig running at 800mhz. However, CPU z reports it running at 2T. How can I make it run at 1T on my gigabyte Ds3? I can't find anything in the bios with this option. Is there any significant benefit with core 2 duo memory running at 1T?

Also, what kind of timings should I expect from my firestix? Its running at 5-6-6-18 right now.

TIA,
Darren

Yeah, you need nF 650/680i for the 1T option.

The Firestix should run DDR2-800 4-4-4-12 @ 2.0-2.2V, but you need to test that out for yourself.
Results will vary.
