Memory annotations

Hello everyone,
OK i went a few pages deep in a couple forums and searched...nothing.

here is my question: people post annotations as "Samsung DDR 400 2.5-2-2-6".....what is the "2.5-2-2-6" part?

Read it! It says "Macromedia Breeze", I didnt have to download anything so it must be small...
