Memory and FSB overclocking

Here is my current setup

Soltek k8t800-pro
A64 3200+ 90nm
1 GB (2*512) Kingston Hyper-x ddr333
Zalman 7700 HS+Fan


how far can I push this ram? and will it limit how far I can OC the fsb? I have read it can get to 260 fsb stable. I have access to 512 Kingston ValueRAM 184 Pin (2*256MB) DDR PC-3200

but I would rather keep the 1gb that i have now.
