You should get what your motherboard takes. If it can take both, then get the PC2100 because it offers better performance at almost the same price.
 
ddr is going up. I ordered a couple of sticks of 133's. I'll wait until price comes back down. some boards allow ddr or 133's
 
You're right. I thought the PC133 stuff was going up as well, but it's just the DDR. Get the PC133 now and get the PC2100 when the price comes back down if your board can take either.
