Most of us are mere hours away from the 3-day Memorial Day weekend. Some of you probably even took today off. For the unfortunate ones who didn't and are currently neffing at work, what are your plans this weekend? The weather looks good here for Saturday and Sunday, but crap on Monday. I supposed I'll settle for that....

As for myself - my lady friend has her last final today is coming out tonight until Monday morning. We're heading to Jones Beach early tomorrow morning for a day of sun, sand and jets (http://airshow.jonesbeach.com/). Sunday morning we're up early again to head out east for a long bike ride followed by some vineyards and a big lunch. Come Monday morning I'm sleeping in - I don't know what she plans on doing :p

Of course I can't create this thread without thanking everyone who has served, is serving, or will be serving our country. This holiday wouldn't be without you. A huge thanks to you all. :beer;

We'll be at the air show Sunday. Last year we stayed all 4 hours and the planes came parsely as they were trying to fill the time. The Blue Angels were awesome though: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zljMhDItsdw

Different finale group this year.

Will be my first time this year. I'm wondering what traffic is like.... probably heading in early which will be fine... but coming out is probably a nightmare. I'll be taking the RMP.

I'm planning on ridding the world of religions, cure cancers, and scrub CO2 from the atmosphere.

If none of that work out, I'm going to Napa for some chicken and wine, and whatever else happens.

I live near the beach in Wildwood, NJ.

Everybody is either down here, or they will be down by tonight. I'm not going to be doing much this weekend. Way too many drunken idiots for my liking. Unless you like fights, cursing and rowdy behavior then this weekend is going to be for you.

We'll spend the weekend filled with regrets for not going to a concert tonight. We're not going because it starts to late. Alternatively, we could go to the concert then spend the rest of the weekend too tired to do anything else.

stuck at home with this stupid cast, since I can't really maneuver into a car to go anywhere (I can slide into the back seat of my parents' SUV with my leg up on the seat, but my BF's car is too small to take me anywhere)

I did convince him to buy some steaks and junk food, though, instead of the rabbit food he's been feeding me for the last month.

You're welcome. I hope my 41 months of sacrifice make that burger taste better.
