So... Which memory would be good for a 3570K? I mean frequency and timings... I think either 1600Mhz or 1866Mhz would be alright? Keep in mind that I'm on a budget.
1. You don't tell us what that "budget" is.
2. You don't tell us how much memory you're considering.
3. You don't tell us where you live.

I'll play your game anyway and offer you two kit suggestions based on my memory selection criteria...
If I were shopping for high quality memory, I would use the following parameters as a guide...

* DDR3 rated at 1.5v or lower
* DDR3 rated at the lowest CAS I could afford
* DDR3 rated at the highest clock speed I could afford
* Limit the scope of my purchease to G.Skill, Mushkin, Corsair XMS or Crucial (non-Ballistix)

While not wavering on the voltage point, I would balance the other issues with my budget.

Remember, my goal is not pure "benchmarking" performance, but simply finding the highest quality memory I can afford. ^_^
The only reason I pay a premium for low latency, high speed, low voltage memory is...
Quality and quality alone.
1.5v is the JEDEC DDR3 voltage standard.
Stay with 1.5v or less if you can afford it..

Kit #1 = Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 8GB 996988
Kit #2 = CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10B

I would add Samsung to the brand mix. If it is within realm of capacity (only available in 4GB single sticks, or 8GB using two 4GB sticks) and the realm of budget (Newegg currently in stock for $38.99 shipped) then IMO it is one of the best DDR3 on the market. For any price.

They're cheap and good; you probably can't find a bad review about it. I have 4 sticks coming soon and I'll admit that I bought it on an impulse but damn, it felt like an offer I couldn't refuse. No worries about tall heatspreaders or tall RAM blocking your huge heatsink, it doesn't need one.
