member problems...

I am new to the anandtech forums, however, the person who introduced me to them is not. His member name is "CABOJOE" and he is experiencing problems w/ the forums. He recently got a new ISP which meant a new email address (from pacbell to @home) and when he changed his email to the @home address in his profile, he could no longer login here to the forums. He asked me to post regarding this...is there anything that can be done to keep his current account? He is a long-time member of Anandtech Forums(with a vapochill i might add, hehe). Thanks in advance.

cabojoe's address is still shown @pacbell.net, so it looks like he did not change his email address. If so, his old password should still work, and he can log in and update his email address by himself.

If he changed only part of his address, our system would have assigned him a new random password. We will need his new address to send him a new password.

You can enable PM's (Private Messages) if you want to discuss this further.
