What is this, Oz vs. the world week in ATOT?

it started the really ugly truck thread about throwbacks from american designed el camino/ranchero's, now some guy wants to go on about leaving his trunk open and getting high (I guess his windows don't work well either).....whats next an explanation why killing kangaroo's is good for the environment?

Just because your culture can be summed up by criminals and Mic Dundee doesn't mean you have to get all uppity about it. 😛

2) You probably sustained brain damage, hence the dizziness and headache.
3) Your car has windows.

Hmm. So like, when I tried to (unsucessfully) repair some rusted-out spots on the back of my muffler that recently appeared, with one of those "muffler bandages" (don't bother, FYI they are worthless), and held it in place with the car running, with me lying on the ground using a wooden spoon, and breathing in the auto exhaust for 10-15min, was a bad thing?

I did feel a bit "out of it" for the next 1.5 days.. :|

I didn't think that it actually caused any sort of brain damage though. Does it?

Well, now that you mention it, kangaroo meat is very low fat and they don't damage the soils as much as cattle do, so yes they are good for the environment.

My brother-in-law makes a sensational "Roo stew".

It might.. CO binds a lot better to hemoglobin than O2, so pretty much it starves your brain of oxygen.. but, in reality, we all inhale CO on a regular basis (cigarettes anyone? second hand smoke.. yum), and unless you're sitting there doing that consistently, it's not gonna be a big deal..

of course it could be a useful excuse when your sig. other is mad that you can't remember your anniversary

😀 that's a very good idea...

It's not that bad with a sedan. Cars with hatches tend to have a vacuum area just behind the car (I've noticed with my 1989 944 that the taillights get dirty much faster than the rest of the car because the low-pressure area at the back of the car sucks dirt and gunk onto that area).

Exhaust is also sucked up for some cars.

ZV

i was under the impression carbon monoxide from exhaust makes you sick and makes you closer to dying than getting you high.
