you know what has to happen? Here's what has to happen if we win:

Everyone has to promise to contribute $500k to purchase property in Wyoming, build a giant warehouse/Scrooge McDuck tower and fill all 30k square feet of it with Lego Heads and Hermes scarves. Then seal it up, so that no one may ever enter it.

That's what we have to do.

you know madoka and ponyo are not in the pool right?

Ah, I have only used it when it was called cashapp. What changed? I seem to be getting a few people sending to it still, so must be working?
it was introduced as Square Cash, and they changed the name for some reason. when i started typing your name in your @address started coming up instead of $.

That's exactly why we have to do it. Imagine how jealous they would be that they were unable to participate in the one glorious monument to their collective insanity!
I went out today and bought $10 worth of tickets from my local store. So I'm good and ready to win!

was my first time using venmo. I wasnt sure if i needed to send another 3%?
Did it with a debit, so i think the app said it was no fee? lmk

Me too. I just added $5.

If you do it through debit or direct bank draft, it's free for both parties. For personal money payments it charges the sender the percentage if they use credit. If registered as a business Vivi would likely pay the credit fee if receiving business payments paid through credit cards. At least, that's how I believe PayPal et al operate and seems Venmo operates the same.

vivi,

if you bought the tix online, does the website tell you how much you won?
or you still gotta check manually?

I could get behind that.

You'll likely win nothing with regular option too but at least you're not guaranteed to win nothing like the jackpot-only option. 😛

I don't want to join the group buy for privacy reason.
Odds to win the full jackpot are approximately 1 in 302 million.

Odds in willing the match 5 prize is approximately 1 in 12 million.

If bought with the multiplier, the match 5 jackpot ranges from 2 million to 5 million dollars. Depending on the pool split that's not an inconsequential amount of money with 25 times better odds.

I don't care either way.

I like everything here but the scarves. Center of the compound needs a massive modern art style statue of this guy

We can have the walkway lined with toasters, dudes at weddings with toasters and the classic weightlifter in the ballet outfit statues

From what I can tell, no more multiplier after a certain $$ amount that the pot hits.

The multiplier never applies to the full jackpot. It applies to everything from match 1 through match 5 ($1mm prize). Ergo, you match the he 5 base number but not the power/megaball, your winnings is multiplied by the draw multiplier. For match 1, it's $2 * the multiplier, for match 5 it's $1mm * the multiplier, for match 6 the multiplier is ignored.

That I read. THought there was info about not being able to do it at all after a certain jackpot amount, but I was mistaken! It just doesn't work against the jackpot, of course.

I think i'll close up any new buyers, we're finalized at 64, so $640 worth. I was thinking of streaming it, but it might be a bit boring watching me go through and order it online, haha.

Yeah, a stream isn't really necessary, and may ruffle Twitch's feathers. Just let us all down gracefully when we don't win a single dollar! 😛

Got the email. Thanks for doing this again Vivi 🙂

Good to hear it was an easy purchase and checking the number is simple compared to the past.

Good luck everyone!

woot, thanks for the updates.

expecting to hire masons and engineers and 3 warehouses-full of child laborers mining gold on WoW, to build that AT Vault!
