meeting online?

years ago i met a woman on yahoo two states over and after months of talking on the phone she went to rehab because i convinced her to but by the time she got out i was with someone else. we met once and i was glad i didnt wait for her to get out of rehab 🙂 :Q
 
If there was a free one I might give it a try...but paying 20+ for something that prob isnt going to work out doesnt seem right to me.

Man, what a coincidence... i just created my first ad on an online dating site at match.com. And my first pic was rejected! I guess they don't like nipples, even when it comes from a guy.

Talked for 4 months. Then after 6 more months she moved to my town (we didn't move in together.) A month later we were engaged and got married after being engaged for 5 months.
 
I've met numerous people from the net. From gaming forums that I frequent, yes, another woman here. It took awhile before we'd meet up, get to know them first.

All meetings were nice, very pleasent, had a good time, great people. None were bad experiences. Some meetings....well. 🙂
 
I met my husband online. I wasn't looking for online dating, but it just happened. We lived 3 states apart, and he came to meet me after about about a month. The next week, I went to see him, Long story short, now we are happily married.
