Never seen it happen. I've seen people sit on the floor or stand even if there's a stray notebook infront of a chair.

most normal people can't get away with such ridiculous behavior; however, every so often, a selfish person high on their own sense of entitlement ruins the mood. These kind of people are the folks that everybody else rolls their eyes at when they enter the room.
