I hear it will do 18,000 marks in 3dMark2001se!

Really I don't see anything wrong with the way it looks, but I also don't see a huge difference between this car and the grand prix.

<< Who wants to explain what Paddle shifters are? Car novice here >>

There are little paddles on the steering column right behind the steering wheel. Pulling on one of the paddles will upshift one gear, while pulling on the other paddle will downshift one gear. Its similar to a manual transmission in that the driver has full control of changing gears. The car disengages the clutch/flywheel for you, so you don't need a clutch pedal.

<< Eh, no thanks. I'll wait out for the Holdens they are bringing over under the Pontiac GTO brand name.

I'm assuming this is FWD. Something about a FWD car with 280HP/280 ft. lbs going to the two front wheels is somewhat unerving to me.

I presume you're talking about the Australian ones vi?

300kw (400hp) at the flywheel and RWD!!!! They are also bringing one out with 466 HP (Drool!) as is Ford in Australia!

Rumor on the Grand Prix forum is that the new G-Force will be either AWD or RWD not FWD. With that much power I think commmon sense dictates that it would not be FWD.

Also, another rumor is that GM is going to put more RWD/AWD in their future sedans instead of basically all FWD.

I have a new Grand Prix, and I am kinda ticked now that in a year or two I am going to have to get rid of this car for the new G-Force.

Taken a look at Caddilac in the last decade? They've been pumping 300HP FWD cars w/ the best traction control systems out there (repeatedly beat BMW and Mercedes)

Can you overclock it?

Maybe Nvidia and Pontiac are just trading brand names. The next Nvidia card will be called Sunfire, mark my words.
