He is a MS Agent Character, there are many of them and u download them and then u can script their actions and stuff. You can do it by hand and script it out, or like me use MASH - Microsoft Agent Scripting Helper and when ur done scripting, u can choose what u want the script for and i selected HTML file with javascript and it does it all nice...You can also have em in programs like how office does and Bonzi Buddy. Characters come with office and windows, more can be found at MS Agent Ring

Oh yeah, and u can also make them talk with the Text to speech engine, i havent used it yet, but u can have diffrent voices and stuff...pretty cool to play around with or email a friend hehe :p

The guy who made that page is a worthless webdesigner and programmer. No <HTML>, </BODY> or </HMTL> tags, and a script which only works in IE.

Ok genius, i made it dont be such an ass. I only did it for fun as a quick thing, and i stated it was done in MASH and mash created the html file. Ms Agent is a microsoft thing so it only works in IE good luck in netscape beacase its impossible. Anyways the page serves its purpose, a laugh even though it dosent have its &quot;proper tags&quot; or spelling ;)

Just to be nice, dont be an ass and spoil the fun.

when the page loads I got a pop-up that wanted me to download &quot;Lernout Hauspie TruVoice Engine&quot;. I said no and the page worked anyway.

Is there a way that you can have it not ask for the download? It would be way cooler that way.

Okay, chiwawa626, maybe you're not such a worthless webdesigner after all, but it really pisses me off when I'm browsing the 'net with Mozilla on Linux and come across a site which only works in IE :)
